Online Training
- You may receive a refund for online training at anytime BEFORE the training has begun.
- To be eligible you must contact us and request a refund prior to the first day of training.
- For example: If your online training were to begin on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, you must contact us prior to Wednesday, April 24, 2024 to be eligible for a refund.
Eligible refunds will be issued to the form of payment that was used for your order.
