Digital Products
Digital products/items have several different ways that they may be delivered. Among these are email, digital download and streaming.
Email
- Some items may be delivered digitally via email.
- The product description will specifically state this in the product description.
- Items delivered via email will be done so typically within a few minutes of checking out. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not see the item in your inbox.
Digital Download
- Some items may be delivered via digital download.
- The product description will specifically state this in the product description.
- Items delivered via digital download will be available immediately upon check out. Your receipt will also include a link to the download so that you may reference it at a later date if needed.
Streaming
- Some items, including online training, are delivered via online video streaming.
- The product description will specifically state this in the product description.
- Items delivered via streaming will be available online through the "Members" area. Note that some of these items may include a time restriction/expiration date as to how long they are available for use.
Physical Products
Physical products/items are typically shipped within 2 business days of your order being placed. You will receive an email when your order ships. This email will include tracking information so that you may follow the progress of your order.
