There are mingles, closed eye visualizations, interactions with a small group, a game and dyads, or interactions with another person. These are similar in format to what occurs in most of our lives, whether it is through meditation, or mingling with people at a cocktail party. However, the focus of each interaction or exercise has a specific life focus, such as honesty and trust, with participants noticing themselves distinctly.
All three parts of the training focus on people getting outside of their comfort zone to accomplish what they had not previously imagined was possible. For most participants a powerful experience of the trainings is going beyond what they previously believed was possible and seeing where beliefs have limited them producing results.
